Tory Manifesto Launch
Tory speech on how changed and modernised they are delivered by err.... failed Thatcherite leader William Hague. Surely some mistake?
But the Tories have changed... they've stolen the Blairite love of Civil-Society and the Third sector and none of you seem to have noticed!
