Ken: "You Just Haven't Earned it Yet, Baby"

(If you're wondering why
All the love that you long for eludes you
And people are rude and cruel to you
I'll tell you why...)

Ken earned it eight years ago, and again four years ago, and again right now, I'll have you know.

But that song would do well for a another, blonde-haired, floppy-fringer, buffoon candidate.

Alas, I can't find any whose date of birth would suit "November Spawned A Monster" (to move on to Solo Mozza)

For Boris - "Why do you come here?...I am so very sick of you. Why do you come?" (although I suppose his supporters might come out for "You're the one for me, fatty")

Barnbrook may as well get "Dagenham Dave", along with it's (superior) B-side "Nobody Loves Us"

If Ken WERE to lose (horrors), I suppose "Sunny" would be the one... "We're really missing you, we're really missing you, and you've only just gone..."

I've been fighting the temptation to allot 'the first of the gang to die' to a candidate, in the fear that it might sound undemocratic!

You Fascists are going to lose! (Woody Guthrie/Billy Bragg/Wilco)

London Belongs to me (St. Etienne)

(I think I'll stop this before I start enjoying myself!)

London Fields Toilet Trader, you are on thin ice. London Fields is a lovely park, and the Badger-Watching brigade could do without your homophobic tendencies.

Where does "Hand in Glove" fit into all of this?

Maybe "Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now" will suit Ken?
