Rumours
I'm told that a tragic accident has befallen the Tory general election campaign.
The rumour is that their expensively-procurred national canvassing database has suffered a software crash and had to be taken offline.
Meanwhile they can't enter canvassing data, print off canvass sheets or access any of their historic canvassing records.
What a calamity.
I do hope they kept a paper backup somewhere.

It's fine in my office, I've just printed off the list of Labour pledges. Took about five seconds.

It isn't worth the Tories making any pledges. After the Lisbon treaty referendum fiasco, Cameron's word will never be trusted on anything again.

Folks, I'd love your help. There is a very conservative, right-wing, borderline racist but certainly prejudice, professor at my alma mater. He runs a blog (which he encourages students to visit) and on it says some pretty ignorant things about Muslims, homosexuals, liberals... pretty much anyone not Republican. Which is odd, since he is Canadian.
Anyways, I've been fairly consistent in opposing his viewpoints in logical comments to his posts. Quite a number of times he's deleted my comments because he didn't appreciate my opinion or when I proved that he was a hypocrite. It's been fun, but I'd love to take it to the next level.
I'd appreciate it if you could visit his site and begin to post in the comments section. Having a flood of opposition is surely to confuse and frustrate him, and there's nothing I love more than a conservative who's frustrated at being proved wrong.
The site is sleepyoldbear.com . Oh, and tell him Blue sent you.

Unlike the 27 million names and address's and bank accounts this incompetent bunch of pricks in government lost.
Oh and the illegals at the home office, Baroness Scotland and on and on and on... yawn...
The Tories don't need canvassing lists - every time that prick Brown opens his mouth more people immediately change their vote to ANY opposition to him.
Here's a man who rings up to check on the status of a reality TV star and forgets to set up a War Cabinet when decent men and woman are wasting their lives overseas.
Brown, Bliar and Co are war criminals and should be in the Haig.

Haig? ROFL

I think she meant The Hague!
Still a spelling mistake is hardly worth laughing about when the point was about the illegal intervention and subsequent killing of over 100000 civilians in Iraq just to suck up to George Bush.
Still Blair got his bravery medal from the US and Brown was voted statesman of the year - what a f*$%ing sham :-(
I personally think both Brown and Blair should be in jail as well.
Instead of laughing at a spelling mistake why not answer some of the points she makes?

Erm...how do you know that anon is a she, anon?

Given the current government's record on losing data I really do not think that you are in much of a position to gloat about the Tories on this matter.

The difference is the Tories lose their own data - this incompetent bunch of prats in government lose someone else's data - OURS!
Less than six months and counting...

Sorry, I made the first post. Pledges mean people who have said they'd vote for you. Seems simple enough in this context.
Yes, a crying shame we didn't get a referendum on Lisbon when we had the chance.
