Thankfully Balls is on the ballot now. If I had to listen to David and Ed Miliband all summer pretending they represent the full spectrum of opinion, I'd despair.
The MPs still nominating the Milibands really should be ashamed of themselves - the bloody *candidates* have said nominate other people now to get a wider debate, there's no need to be so bloody skin-crawlingly effacing.

Yes, we do need a wider debate and MPs should be nominating Andy Burnham.
After that, they should nominate whoever they like as long as it isn't John McDonnell who needs to be taught (again) a bloody good lesson.
