A poor night for Labour (Waltham Cross and Dollis Hill). In the District wards making up WC division Labour was less than 100 votes behind the Tories last May. On another forum, a Tory says Labour didn't run a decent campaign for the CC by-election and this can explain the result

If they can't win Dollis Hill, it would mean 5 more years of Sarah Teather
