Perhaps ...
... Syria is not necessarily the best potential partner in the War on Terror?
Tough choice really what with one of them being a pro-Western democracy where the Labour Party is in the government and the other being a fascist dictatorship... or perhaps you would find that a tough choice Bob?

ReplyDeleteHow about neither, and we just support trhe people that are getting polished off by these weapons on both sides of the Israsteen divide?
ReplyDeleteI support Israel fundamentally, but their government, particularly but not exclusively the rightist element, seems to be bonkers.
Their current policies show no respect for the international community, are bad for the middle east, and bad for themselves.
A bit like Hamas then.
