Jon Cruddas' 45th nomination was a few minutes late and has therefore not been put up by the party. But it is definitely there! Cruddas is a candidate!

Got to feel sorry for the McDonnellites and Bennites....

Good news about cruddas. On to victory.
The hard left has for a generation been completely woeful about getting its candidates selected in winnable seats. Then they wonder why they can only get a small coach load of MP's to nominate their leadership candidate.
Given the lamentable track record of deputies filling the big job there may be a few bruised egos in a few weeks but all is not lost as miliband d is no shoo for the leadership.

I mean post Brown rather than this time as the guy was to chicken to run.

It will be momentous for the Party if the “Left” cannot even get 12.5% of MP's nominations. Blair's real legacy?

Blair's real legacy?
I'm happy for the total destruction of the hard Laft to be Tony's legacy.
Delighted!
