On the Telly

I was on the Daily Politics on BBC2 yesterday, talking (for about 20 seconds) about Blue Labour:

Blue Labour? I say Go For It! If it sounds like a Tory and acts like a Tory, we might as well make it look like a Tory!

You're getting fatter and losing your hair.

Grow a beard and you'll make a half-decent Santa this year.

Well done Luke. The 'Red Tory / Blue Labour' rebranding is unpacked in this recent LSE debate between Lord Glasman and Jesse Norman MP on the differences between the 'Big Society' and the 'Good Society'; Glasman wants a refoundation of Labour using its co-operative movement, mutualist and 19th century Christian-socialist origins (at least I think that's the gist of it, quite entertaining though).
