Jonlansman comment, I had to agree with the 1st statement ,but you'd lost me by the third one, with the usual the Irsraelli occupation of Palestine, twaddle, ben White has really shot himself in the foot and the Nazi comparisons with their boycott of Jewish goods when this is what started the Anti semeticism in the 30's is comparable and You've done your self no favours with your phoney outrage, and it's easy to see why judging by your past views, Good article Luke

"an ideological objection to Israel’s existence".

Should we really get hung up about states? States appear and they disappear. This happens all the time. They are just institutions built by man.

In recent years Czechoslovakia ceased to exist. The United Kingdom may cease to exist in the future. I would certainly not worry about it that much.

Good piece Luke. It probably took some courage to even write it, given the subject matter is so fraught. Like yourself, I am not Jewish, but have always been amazed at the almost obsessive focus on Israel of so many people. Saudi Arabia treats its Shiite minority atrociously - shall we boycott Saudi oil as well. I shan't bang on more about this whole subject, but again, kudos to yourself Sir for sticking your head above the parapet so to speak and writing a piece like that.
